"Strong youth makes a country strong".Youth is the future of the country and the hope of the nation.Promoting the health of young people is also an important part of the implementation of the Healthy China strategy.However,in recent years,the physical health situation of Chinese teenagers is not optimistic,obesity and myopia have become a high incidence of symptoms among teenagers.To some extent,the physical quality of teenagers reflects the development prospect and development degree of a country.Primary school period as the enlightenment and basic stage of quality education,in this period to guide pupils to develop good sports habits,help them to establish the concept of lifelong physical education,which puts forward higher requirements for primary school physical education work.Is limited by the traditional exam-oriented education concept,our country most primary schools are more focused on language,mathematics and other subjects of education,classroom learning has occupied much of elementary school time,daily exercise and rest time is limited,only by general school sports activities,it is difficult to ensure that primary school students to develop a healthy body and body.As a new form of physical exercise in recent years,large break physical activity can to a large extent make up for the lack of physical health courses and outdoor exercise time,and can meet the national education department's call for "exercise 1 hour a day".In the context of this reality,this paper chose the factors,which affect the primary large recess sports activities and strategy are studied,from the design and implementation of the real big recess sports theory as the breakthrough point,the big recess sports activities in carry out discussion on the problems existing in the process,has certain significance for further enrich the big recess sports activities.Big recess in zibo city elementary school sports activities to carry out the situation,for example,USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,case analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,choose the zibo city is,huantai county,zichuan,rebuilt,zhoucun district,in gaoqing,yiyuan,high-tech zone,and zichuan 10 primary schools were investigated and visited,mastered the zibo each primary school big recess sports activities carried out first-hand information,mainly from the big recess sports organization,content,time arrangement,space equipment and other aspects,the discovery of the influencing factors of summed up the experience at the same time,The paper has formed some suggestions of activities with certain reference value,which can provide some reference for the sustainable development of physical activities in Zibo primary schools during large break,and provide certain theoretical basis for the design and implementation of physical activities during large break in various regions of China.The research conclusions are as follows:1.At present,Zibo City primary school recess activities in the form of organization basically in accordance with the first collective warm-up exercise and then divided into classes for different items of sports such a process.Collective warm-up exercises Some schools do radio exercises,martial arts exercises,some schools do quality exercises,some schools do ghost step dance and so on.Class level sports mainly include basketball,football,relay running and other conventional sports,some schools launched roller skating,skateboarding and other emerging sports,and some schools choose traditional games,such as rubber band jumping,throwing sandbags,etc..In all schools,the big break program is basically fixed and rarely rotated.2.At present in the primary schools of Zibo City,the sports group and grade group are the backbone of the large break sports activities organization,and for some larger schools,because of its large number,some also organized the academic affairs office and the general affairs office to cooperate,by various departments to coordinate the development of large break sports activities.In the process of carrying out sports activities during the big break,the sports group and grade group,as the hub of related activities,are also the central guarantee of the implementation of activities.They are responsible for the overall planning and command of sports activities during the big break,which is mainly coordinated and assisted by the head teacher and provides logistical support.3.At present,primary schools in Zibo City basically arrange the activities between two classes in the morning and two classes in the afternoon,and each class is arranged once in the afternoon.Most schools can meet the relevant requirements of the state in terms of time arrangement,but some schools still occasionally occupy the physical activities between classes.4.At present,primary schools in Zibo City have more students,but the actual sports venues available are relatively few,especially in urban schools,sports venues are seriously inadequate.And the sports equipment is not the primary school Zibo City in the development of large break sports activities in the main obstacles,the physical activity equipment has been able to basically meet the related needs of sports activities.5.There are many factors that influence the physical activities of primary schools in Zibo,including policy guidance,teaching philosophy,leaders' attention,teachers' equipment,students' enthusiasm for exercise,site equipment and organizational content and form.It is hoped that the research of this paper can help the primary schools in various regions represented by the primary schools in Zibo City to improve the level of sports activities during the big break and drive the benign development of physical education in China.
