With the Chinese women's volleyball team again winning the championship,China's volleyball has once again been pushed to a new climax.The volleyball competition is increasing day by day,the scale is gradually expanding,and the level of athletes is continuously improving.This undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for the level of law enforcement for volleyball referees.As the highest institution of China's sports academies,Beijing Sport University is one of the important venues for the training of Chinese volleyball referees.At this stage,most of the national and international referees in the national and international large-scale competitions have received education here.Therefore,this article takes the training pattern of the Beijing University of Physical Education Volleyball referees as the research object,and takes the teachers of the volleyball teaching and research section of the Beijing Sport University,the experts of the volleyball referee field,and the undergraduates and postgraduates of the volleyball specialties as the survey objects,and uses the literature data method and expert interviews.Law,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics research methods,from the training objectives,refereeing teaching,grade assessment and after-school training four aspects of the Beijing Sport University volleyball referee training model survey and analysis.Research indicates:1.In the original goal of training volleyball referees of Beijing University of Physical Education,the content of the goal is basically in line with the relevant regulations of the state,but no detailed refinement is made for each goal.After comparing the previous training objectives,the objectives were further refined from two aspects: the basic qualities of the referees and the standard of the business abilities.The training objectives established put forward higher requirements for the training of the school's volleyball referees.2.In the teaching mode,the school's volleyball umpire teaching style is mainly based on pre-solicited volleyball level examinations.It is not comprehensive in the content of teaching content.There is a lack of theoretical teaching and on-the-spot cooperation in the teaching plan,which cannot fully satisfy students' learning.demand.By analyzing the teaching system of the special student volleyball referee built from the four aspects of regulating teaching books,improving teaching plans,formulating teaching contents and methods,and setting up voluntary elective courses for elective volleyball referees,students' needs for referee learning can be more satisfied.3.In the evaluation mode of volleyball level referees,the qualification for examination and appraisal is relatively low,and the emphasis on the theoretical assessment in the assessment methods and contents is greater than the practice assessment.In the construction of the volleyball referee rating system,adjustments have been made to the conditions for applying for examinations,and a detailed assessment scale has been developed for the evaluation of theory and practice,which has provided certain guarantees for the training of referees.4.In the after-school training mode,the school's original volleyball referees have a relatively simple form of extracurricular training,which can not satisfy the students' needs for referee learning.In the construction of the cultivable system,students agree that after-school training is very important.Schooling is more willing to conduct referee learning through volleyball referee associations,participating in more volleyball events,listening to excellent referees lectures,and going out to observe high-level volleyball matches and other means of after-school training.
