With the rapid development and transition of the global economy, our vocational college education is facing with great challenge of talent cultivation. Vocational colleges are one of the most important, parts of high education with their roles are increasingly prominent. Now, the incentive mechanism in vocational college is in an age of quick growth, so to know how to make workers produce enthusiasm became important, and improve the work efficiency of the development of higher vocational colleges. Although the our vocational colleges have innovated and practiced in many ways and have got some good results, there are still lots of problems in the development of vocational colleges, such as slowly development, the declining enthusiasm of our staff, the outflow of the talent, and the low level of student training and so on.In this paper, we choose Inner Mongolia SM Vocational College as the object of study, start from the basic theory of motivation theory, According to current situation of vocational colleges at present stage as well as the insufficiency of the employee’s incentive mechanism, essay will analyze the existing problems of Inner Mongolia SM Vocational College staff incentive status. Also, for vocational colleges further perfecting the incentive mechanism of staff and implementation and a certain reference value.
