At present, the rapid development of secondary vocational education, has become animportant part of education in China. Culture for social development in vocational andtechnical personnel, will need a number of solid theoretical knowledge, there are solidpractical skills in vocational teachers. This article from the perspective of career development,to explore the relationship between the development of service teachers and its entry of themotivating factor to stimulate the work motivation of teachers, leading teachers’ behavior andimprove their own education and teaching quality has far-reaching significance.The thesis is divided into five chapters elaborate.The first chapter focuses on teachers’ career entry of the motivating factor, suggestingthat the content, objectives and significance of the topics and research of this paper andpointed out that the research method and its creative point of the study.Chapter II described the concept of career and incentive. Lay the foundation for thebelow key research career into the staff of the incentive factor.The third chapter focuses on the career entry midterm grade teacher characteristics andincentive needs. First explored in grade school teacher career entry of the variety of factors,such as teachers, their own factors, namely the internal factors, external factors, includingsocial factors and school factors, and then explore the in-service teachers career entry of theproblems faced by; last entry of the in-service teachers in the career incentive needs.Chapter through the questionnaire and other measures, the entry of in-service teacherscareer incentives investigation and analysis. On the basis of statistics and analysis of surveydata to explore the importance of incentives, perception and incentives incentives, theincentives need to degrees satisfaction contrast, the background variables of in-serviceteachers incentives, etc..Chapter on the basis of the first few chapters, focuses on the incentives of the vocationalschool teachers in career entry period, including the basic principles of the careerdevelopment of entry of incentive, targeted to the establishment and improvement ofvocational schools and teachers’ career development into the staff of the incentive mechanismto stimulate the passion of the work of teachers.Chapter VI is a summary and outlook, to summarize the contents of this article, pointingout the shortcomings of research and work expectations.
