The new curriculum emphasizes the teaching idea of "human-oriented", one of its main task is to promote students to change the way of learning, advocates the autonomous, inquiry and cooperative learning, promote the development of students’ innovative consciousness and practical ability. In the face of different education object, personality differences between pedagogue, teachers should according to their aptitude, adjust measures to local conditions, adopt different teaching methods. "Lesson with heterogeneous" is under the background of new curriculum to produce a new form of teaching and researching activities. In short, "lesson with heterogeneous" is for a specific teaching contents by different teachers in preparing, teaching. Teachers for the diversity of teaching content, teaching concept and teaching method by means of "lesson with heterogeneous" to carry on the show, and then through the communication, comparison and reflection, provide the teachers with different, the selection of reference frame, to set up dialogue platform, learning platform and the development of the platform between teachers. In recent years, the rise of " the same lesson heterogeneous" teaching mode, because of its better reflects the different teaching effect of different teachers through different teaching strategies to the same teaching material contents, effectively promote teacher reflecting, implementation experience share, complementary advantages and common progress and be recognized and promoted.This study adhere to the principle of combining theory and practice, based on the Shanghai Qibao middle school politics teaching practice, attempts to seek " the same lesson heterogeneous" to promote the role of the high school politics teaching effectively, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.This thesis is divided into five parts: the first part first introduced the research background and the origin, clear about the problem and the significance of research, as well as the choice of research method; The second part in extensive reference on the basis of research achievements of others, for "the same lesson heterogeneous", teaching design, the high school politics teaching characteristic and the case analysis and so on and relevant theory research are carried on the thorough discussion, and the domestic and foreign research present situation and trend are analyzed;The third part is make a detailed analysis of the guiding ideology of "lesson with heterogeneous", mainly take the student as the main body, dominated by teachers, teaching goals specific and teaching content problem four aspects; The fourth part, it is the core of paper, The fourth part, it is the core of paper, from the target design, evaluation design, design of teaching process and evaluation results four aspects, to analyze the author’s two specific case; The fifth part on the basis of the above, summarizes the following four reflection and enlightenment: 1. the teaching content sho uld keep pace with the times;2.teaching methods should be diversified;3.the teaching goals should be relevant to actual effect;4.the teaching evaluation should be put in place.
