With the boost of new curriculum reform and the proposal of core literacy theory,the study of politics teaching in senior middle school has been more thorough and specific.As the main front of teaching research,Classroom teaching is the basic guarantee for the maximum utility of teaching design.Creatively organizing,implementing class teaching and achieving the era features of teaching goal are not only an irreversible trend but also the main approaches for each teacher to improve teaching ability and level.While how to design teaching more ideally and efficiently with the help of teachers' active teaching improvements? How to make sure the realization of core accomplishment,the maximum satisfaction of the students' needs through the lively and vivid teaching? All these problems are what we concentrate on studying and solving.“Lesson with heterogeneous” refers to studying the varied teachers' personalities and advantages,differential treatments of various situations and different handling strategies of teaching activities organization forms for the same teaching process by comparing the different teaching design of same course content.As an innovation,“Lesson with heterogeneous” can be used to improve the teaching efficiency,enhance the teachers' professional abilities,satisfy the development requirements of students and optimize the utilities of all teaching resources.“Light water,without visible colors,can generate burst of ripples when meet.Dark stone,without bright flame,can release miraculous brightness when hit each other.” In the current ideological and political teaching in senior school,all the achievements of students' core accomplishments,developments of students' professionalization,maximum utilization of teaching efficiency should be deepen in the process of sharing and communication.“Lesson with heterogeneous” is the most efficient approach to achievement all those appeals.It facilitates the teachers to communicate different thoughts,share teaching wisdom,exchange teaching methods and constantly innovate teaching modes.This paper discusses the theoretical basis,significance,implementing principles and methods of “Lesson with Heterogeneous” teaching in ideological and political teaching in senior school.With the combination of questionnaire survey and individual interview,the author have learned about the high school political teachers' view and cognitive status of “Lesson with heterogeneous” teaching.As an internship of the affiliated high school of Guangzhou University,the author compared and studied the different teaching designs of two teachers for the same course content,"Corporate Management" in PEP senior political curriculum and also summarized the achieved actual effect and existing problems of current “Lesson with heterogeneous”teaching of ideological and political teaching in senior school.With the implement of teaching “Lesson with heterogeneous”,the author found out the constant optimization of the teaching strategies and standardization of different teaching design are the keys to activate the lesson teaching and improve the adaptation,progressiveness and efficiency of “Lesson with heterogeneous”.
