The model of learning in the classroom has been far from satisfying the Open University learners’ enthusiasm in the country after the Radio and Television University and Networking Academy emergence of new ways of learning- learning network based distance education learners Distance learning can be performed anywhere there is a computer and network. Distance Learning in some extent to meet the learners’ enthusiasm for learning. But with the development of information technology, in 2012, a new mode of teaching foreign--MOOC emerged, learners around the world increasingly concerned about the MOOC courses. The old way of distance education has lagged behind in urgent need of a new curriculum design model to meet the learning needs of learners. Therefore, this study conform to the requirements of the times change, try at MOOC environment MOOC Case Shanghai Open University courses were analyzed to create an open university course design features MOOC model to provide appropriate design patterns after the Open University courses for teachers to create a MOOC and practical guidance.The full text is divided into five parts to launch discussion.The first part analyzes the reasons for and the status quo under MOOC produce online course environment MOOC, from two aspects to explain the importance and necessity of this research, then clearly the focus of this study, the significance and research methods;The second part of the summing up of the theoretical and practical courses abroad MOOC design patterns, and related documents comprehensive discussion, summarize its historical context;The third part is created on the "zhihuishu course MOOC platform," "entrepreneurial foundation" courses, analyze learning characteristics of learners Shanghai Open University, describes the process of "venture basis" online course created. Questionnaire design, respectively, for teachers and learners course curriculum questionnaire, the final analysis of the results of the questionnaire;Section IV summarizes the analysis of the process of creating an open university network environment under MOOC courses, online courses have summed up the characteristics MOOC design patterns;The fifth part of this study are summarized, the paper summarizes the results of innovation, as well as areas for improvement, and the follow-up study to make certain prospect.
