Research On The Employment Resettlement Of Retired Athletes In Heilongjiang Province

Through the analysis of the actual conditions of the employment and resettlement of retired heavy athletics athletes in Heilongjiang Province and the utilization of literature, questionnaire, combined quantitative and qualitative analysis and expert interview method, the thesis conducts investigation and study on the actual conditions of the employment and placement of retired heavy athletics athletes in Heilongjiang Province.Through the analysis of the theory of social security and government responsibility theory, important theoretical basis is provided for the follow-up research. Through the analysis and investigation of the athletes retired from the institution where the writer works in, the research on relevant policies for employment and resettlement of retired athletes in Heilongjiang Province, and the questionnaire survey to analyze the basic situation of the employment and resettlement of the heavy athletics athletes in Heilongjiang Province, the thesis finds the specific problems and the influence factors in the employment and resettlement of the heavy athletics athletes in Heilongjiang Province. The following four major issues are found: weak implement of the resettlement policy for the retired athletes established by the government, unsatisfactory social security policy for the retired disabled athletes, low monetary compensation standard for the resettlement of retired athletes, and large difficulty in the resettlement of the retired heavy athletics athletes; and on the basis of the problems, the thesis analyzes the influence factors, including transformation of government functions under the market economy system, the increasing pressure in social employment and reemployment, the uncompetitive overall quality of retired athletes and obviously insufficient vocational education for the retired athletes. Finally, aiming at the above problems and influence factors, the thesis proposes targeted solutions including the performance of the role of the government in the employment of the retired heavy athletics athletes, improvement of the social security system for the retired athletes, gradual change of the concept and guidance for individual profession choosing, and enhancement of the quality of the retired heavy athletics athletes. The study in this thesis provides a practical and feasible solution for the further acceleration of effective employment and resettlement of the retired heavy athletics athletes in Heilongjiang province, also has a certain reference value for the research on the employment and resettlement of the retired heavy athletics athletes in other provinces.
