With the rapid development of e-commerce in recent years, the express industry has also ushered in the opportunity of rapid development. In 2014, our country produced express 14 billion, increased 52 percents year-on-year, ranking first in the world. But for delivery person, this is a challenge. Delivery person in the joint promotion of social systems, economic development and other external macro-environment, as well as their operating characteristics, individual characteristics and micro-enterprise system and other internal factors, automatically choose or are forced to provide a timeout, super-strength work, and thus with to a series of serious consequences, such as delivery person "karoshi". Last-term past, if not controlled and intervention, it will inevitably bring about a negative impact on social development. Based on this, this article mainly analyzes the overwork problem of express staff under the background of e-commerce rapid development.On the basis of combing the former research about the overwork question, this article analysis of the root of the delivery person overwork at the theoretical level, respectively from the angle of macroscopic and microscopic. And through to empirical investigation and study about the delivery person in Beijing,this paper,on the basis of theory, with the aid of " worker fatigue accumulation degree of own diagnosis scale ", understand the current overall overwork situation of the delivery person, and further analyze the differences between the different dimensions of the age, education, marital status, working conditions and other circumstances of overwork,and the consequences and impact factors caused by overwork. From the above analysis, the overwork status of the delivery person both is directly influenced by individual factors, and also deeply influenced by enterprise system management, working conditions and other aspects. Based on the above analysis, this study combined with the characteristics of the express industry, propose appropriate suggestions from three aspects of the state, businesses and employees, in order to jointly respond to and deal with the overwork problems of the delivery person.
