With the rapid development of social economy and the increasingly fierce competition in the workplace,the problem of over work is becoming more and more widespread and normalized.As an important force in the labor market,female laborers are also facing the risk of overwork.Gender discrimination in the workplace,multiple roles of family and work,and higher personal job expectations make female laborers bear more occupational stress.Considering the discussion on the “996” working system on the Internet,the workplace factor is one of the most important reasons to female laborers' overwork,and more realistic to analyze the causes of it.By means of literature research,questionnaire survey and interdisciplinary research,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the current situation and influencing factors of female laborers' overwork.Firstly,this paper combs the existing research on overwork and female laborers,and finds out that there are few research on it.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation,characteristics and influencing factors of female laborers' overwork according to the results of questionnaires on workplace behavior and fatigue status,and finds out that nearly 70% of female laborers are facing the problem of overwork.There are significant differences in the degree of overwork between female laborers with different life satisfaction,conscious health status,weekly exercise time,work intensity and burden,work environment and facilities.In the workplace factors,the need for overtime,the importance of work and overtime culture have a significant positive impact on the degree of female laborers' overwork while work interest has a significant negative impact on it.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for prevention of female laborers' overwork from three aspects: individuals,enterprises and community.
