The postgraduate education in our country is in the crucial period of reform. The difference between Professional master and academic type master training program will become larger and larger. National policy guidance at present is increasing the proportion of professional degree master’s enrollment year by year, in order to meet the broader social senior talent demand, realize the historic transformation andstrategic adjustment of the postgraduate education’s structure. Academic type master pay more attention to the theory research and innovation, providing theoretical talent reserves for demanding applications.The policy of reducting theacademic type master enrollment ratio is not reduce the degree of Emphasis. On the contrary, the selection of the students who really interested in theoretical study, will help to improve the academic type master’s research level,thus conveying more talents for demanding applications.Our school started to recruit the full-time graduate professional master’s degree students since the year of 2009. Training plan of this kind of graduates is based on two considerations, the theory promotion and comprehensivepractical ability. Up till now, the theory of teaching is still dominant. there is still a gap between practical teaching effect and the established goal. School attachs high degree of importance,but the training link is lack of systematization. Students’ acceptance and satisfaction degree is low. In order to follow a path of sustainable development, we must to train high level applied talents for the purpose, improve the degree of attention to full-time professional master.This paper is based on the 2014 October carried out in our school on comprehensive survey of the three aspects including the teacher and academic moral,academic norm graduate research development situation, graduate school scholarships and working scholarships. In order to give a comprehensive analysis of the similarities and differences between the master of professional master degree and academic in dealing with the same problem view. Finally the article gives some suggestions on cultivating postgraduates.
