In recent years, the state’s increasing emphasis on the development of private higher education, employment data of graduates each year from release point of view, there is still a big gap between demand and supply businesses and college graduates. June 2014, China’s State Council issued the "Decision on Accelerating the development of modern vocational education", using the system to accelerate the development of the full deployment of modern vocational education. Clear decision to accelerate the development of modern vocational education guiding ideology, basic principles, objectives, tasks and policy measures, that "by 2020, to meet the development needs of the formation, the depth of integration of production and education, vocational vocational convergence, vocational education and general education communication, embodies the concept of lifelong education with Chinese characteristics, a world-class modern vocational education system. "In a market-oriented economy today, enterprise development through its own characteristics, selecting the right talent is critical. The state has adopted a series of policies and guidelines, the importance of a clear new era under cultivation has strong force personnel SEPT. Companies are trying various ways to attract talent, cooperation between universities and business school-enterprise cooperation, build courses, joint training and so slowly to try and get some results. However, there are still businesses in the community can not find the right talent, graduates can not find a suitable job situation.In this policy guidance and market demand is increasingly evident, the teaching management and development of private higher education has become increasingly prominent, and how to develop our private higher education institutions, how to use information technology to improve our teaching construction management and teaching, is to explore the direction of this thesis.This paper is characterized by: for the current policy direction and between companies and graduates unequal supply and demand issues, analyzed by the methods and tools learned in MBA, Research Development of Private Higher Education to improve teaching through the construction of information, to only to private higher education management information such as the rationalization of building programs.First, the current personnel training chain is analyzed in-depth analysis based on the core of the conflict points, draw talent supply and demand to resolve the core pain points before the key is to let students into the community, with a certain SEPT capacity;Second, in order to achieve this objective, from a business job needs, will force SEPT talents to the stage during the school adjustment;After the third, during school students to determine their favorite professional direction, by way of elective courses to improve their overall quality, and the ability to be converted into SEPT.In this paper, the status quo for program proposals put forward by the supply and demand of talent, all with their own practical experience of the formation, the system can provide some reference for the development of the new situation of higher vocational education.
