In china with the deepening of higher education reform, there are some shortcomings and deficiencies in the Physical education; it includes the organization, teaching methods and the specific implementation process. To be better understand the scientific teaching method of "people-oriented, health first".In this study, with the combine of aerobics teaching characteristics and the "PBL" (Problem Based Learning, PBL). We apply this teaching method to the specific physical teaching process, and did some teaching experiments, to make sure whether PBL teaching method in the teaching process aerobics can improve teaching quality.The studies choose 300 students randomly in Mudanjiang Medical College, the students comes from different professional. They all choose aerobics courses as their Elective course. And agree to cooperate with research and data collection. Through literature survey, questionnaire, teaching experiments, expert interviews, and field observations, methods of mathematical statistics and logical analysis of the feasibility of the process of teaching aerobics "PBL" pedagogy of implementation carried out relevant research. After 36 hours’teaching experiment, the results showed as follow:1. In College, the use of PBL in Aerobics Teaching can significantly improve the skill levels of aerobics.the accurate proficiency from the action, music, rhythm, standard degree movement, expression, ability to compose a total score, etc. have been significantly improved.2. After the teaching experiment, we found the students’ attitude to Aerobics learning has changed greatly. In the past, the students are reluctant and lazy to take part in the courses,Now we happy to see most of them learn the courses actively, and communicate with teachers and exchange of technology and knowledge initiatively, the earning atmosphere fairly active n the classroom.3. The implementation of PBL, can greatly improve students’self-confidence. Enable students to fight against the stage fright".4. With the application of the teaching method of PBL, the students’ sense of teamwork competition has been significantly improved. Learning method has changed from the study alone in the past to help each other and make progress together.5. In our college, with the implementation of PBL, the students takes advantage of observation, investigation, collect information, internet, conjecture, etc. they gradually formed independent thinking, the courage to ask questions, boldly expressing their own views. No longer adhere to the teacher rigidly, superstitious in authority. Students’ innovative choreography capacity has been greatly improved.6. By the means of the implementation of PBL, through the way of role changing the students experienced success, greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of learning aerobics. In this way improve students’learning interest.
