Situational teaching method is a unique teaching method.Through the introduction or creation of specific scenes,it can stimulate students' learning motivation,help students understand the teaching content and improve their cognitive level.In the process of teaching,the flexible application of scientific teaching methods and advanced teaching means is beneficial to the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability and the achievement of teaching objectives.Situational teaching method is a kind of suitable teaching method for aerobics course.Situational teaching provides an effective way to improve students' aerobics skill level,at the same time,it also enhances students'interest in learning and aesthetic ability,cooperative awareness and innovative ability.In this paper,we use the method of literature and information,and the method of expert interview.In this paper,the application of situational teaching method in aerobics teaching in colleges and universities is theoretically analyzed and discussed by means of questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.The study concluded that:(1)The construction basis of situational teaching method in aerobics teaching includes three aspects:theoretical basis,construction principle and teaching objective.The theoretical basis is the psychological principle of the interaction between emotion and cognitive activity,and the intuitive principle of cognition.The principles of construction include inducing initiative,strengthening sensitivity,highlighting creativity,permeating education and penetrating practice.Teaching goals include basic three-dimensional goals(knowledge and skills,processes and methods,emotional attitudes and values)and learning transfer goals.(2)The composition of the use of situational teaching methods in aerobics teaching mainly includes three aspects:the design of situational teaching methods,the teaching environment,and the teaching strategy.Programming includes determining teaching goals ? creating situations?experiencing feedback ?autonomous learning ?achieving goals?determining a virtuous circle of new teaching goals;The teaching environment includes external physical environment and internal psychological environment.Teaching strategies include problem situation strategy,multimedia situation strategy,intuitive situation strategy,motivation situation strategy,role playing strategy,competition situation strategy,game situation strategy,performance situation strategy and Democratic situation strategy.(3)There was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in physical fitness(vital capacity,50 meters,standing long jump,one minute sit-up,800 meters).The aerobics teaching in one semester had a certain effect on the improvement of students' physical quality.There is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in flexibility.The use of situational teaching method improves the flexibility quality of the students in the experimental class obviously,and there is a significant difference between the students in the experimental class and the control class in the flexibility quality(sitting position flexion).(4)The application of situational teaching method in aerobics teaching plays an important role in promoting students' ability of creating aerobics skills and their sense of music.Experimental class students in the creative ability and musical sense of performance is significantly better than the control class.The accuracy and expressive power of the students in the experimental class were obviously better than those in the control class,and there was no significant difference in the fluency between the experimental class and the control class in the aspect of the completion of the complete set of movements.(5)The students' interest in aerobics in the experimental class was significantly higher than that in the control class,and the effect of the application of situational teaching method on the students' aesthetic ability in the experimental class was greater than that in the control class.Through setting up various situations,the experimental class has aroused the enthusiasm of the students,promoted the students' expectation of the course,and promoted the students' interest in the aerobics class.In the situation the middle school student through the observation demonstration personnel's movement,understands the movement structure characteristic,unceasingly standardizes oneself movement.The improvement of expression has improved the students' pursuit of beauty,and their aesthetic ability has also been developed.(6)The students' cooperation consciousness and innovation ability in the expe rimental class are obviously stronger than those in the control class.In situationa 1 teaching,students learn independently and the teacher gives proper guidance.In order to complete the tasks of teachers,students communicate with their peers actively,and gradually improve the students' sense of cooperation.In the situatio n,teachers encourage students to develop personality,students actively express th eir views,raise objections,and improve their creative ability greatly.
