| In our country,teacher education are going towards the road of specialization, training teachers with professional standards for work is the center of gravity. A good teacher should have the solid professional knowledge and excellent teaching skills, classroom teaching skills is an important part of teachers’ teaching ability, classroom teaching mainly depends on teacher’s classroom teaching skills.As the coming into classroom of students,educational practicing for their classroom teaching skills’ improving provides a good platform.The author based on qufu normal university chemical education professional 10 grade students, draw lessons from Beijing normal university’s "free normal education practice mode", adopts the model of LICC classroom observation, observation of chemistry teachers of our school in the practicing mode of classroom teaching skills development situation, find out the effective method to improve students’ classroom teaching skills.As a result, studying students’ classroom teaching skills’ developmentin this mode are valuable.This paper mainly includes five parts:The first part introduced the reason of selecting topic, the background of selecting topic,the significance of research, and simply expounds the research ideas and methods.The second part, first of all, to define some concepts, then introduce the related research of teaching skills and education practice.The third part introduces chemical teachers of our school teaching skill training method,questionnaire design, survey after training of chemistry teachers and classroom teaching skills, analyzing the specific problems of the students in the classroom teaching skills and the reasons.The fourth part has entered into the phase of research education practice.As the proceduring observe the class, after analyzing the development of classroom teaching skills.Fifth, discuss the conclusion, improve corresponding Suggestions to help students in the classroom teaching skills. |
