Preschool education in our country’s "body" has been put in the children’s all-round development education in the first place. Preschool teachers in our country still faced with the lack of sports knowledge, sports skills shortage, sports consciousness is not strong, affect children’s sports teaching quality, cannot meet the requirement of the all-round development of children’s body. This topic will be the study of preschool teachers’ physical quality.In this study, the domestic and international sports literacy, PE teachers and teachers’ literacy skills in physical education research as the theoretical basis, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, Delphi method, mathematical statistics method, constructing the index system of preschool teachers’ physical quality, and provide a theoretical basis to the research of sports literacy of preschool teachers. This paper will further on the physical quality of kindergarten teachers He fei city were investigated, and the problems raised in the sports literacy level.Research conclusions:1.Preschool teachers’ physical quality index system from sports knowledge, sports ability, sports behavior, sports psychology and sports teaching skills and other five indicators and sports activities, sports health care knowledge, basic sports ability, physical quality, etc.22 secondary indicators.2. Kindergarten teachers’ knowledge of sports overall level is not high, especially the lack of specific sports theory and sports health care knowledge.3. The majority of preschool teachers have no solid sports teaching skills, can not effectively control the children’s sports activities, lead to low quality of children’s sports activities. The kindergarten should strengthen the preschool teachers’ feedback and control skills training.4. Preschool teachers’ understanding of the value of sports itself is not enough, lead to early childhood teachers ignore their own sports related skills training. Preschool teachers themselves lack of enthusiasm for sports, understanding of the value of sports is not enough, which affects the quality of preschool physical education teaching activities.5. Preschool teachers’ physical quality promotion strategies:(1) the introduction of sports education professional teachers build scientific faculty; (2) strengthen the preschool teachers’ knowledge of sports, strengthen the awareness of sports; (3) thereform way of preschool teachers’ cultivation, adding children’s sports courses; (4) strengthen the preschool teachers in physical education teaching ability training.
