With the development of today's society,preschool education has received more and more attention.The relevant laws and regulations and professional standards for the development of preschool education have also been promulgated,which has raised the importance of the whole professional development of preschool education to an unprecedented position.Teachers are the key to the development of discipline and specialty.The professional standards and curriculum standards of preschool education teachers have made regulations and requirements for teachers' professional quality and ability in the new era.In China's basic education system,preschool education is still a weak link.The number of kindergarten teachers is seriously insufficient,and the overall level and degree of specialization are not high,which is far from the requirements of the state for the development of preschool education.Therefore,it is very urgent to build a pre-school education professional training model system to meet the needs of social development,especially to build a high-quality pre-school education professional training model,which is of great significance for pre-school education personnel training.Therefore,it is an important task for China's vocational education to strive to develop the cause of vocational education,actively accelerate the establishment of vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,and accelerate the cultivation of specialized talents with higher cultural literacy and professional skills.Based on the idea of improving the quality of preschool education undergraduate training and meeting the requirements of the society for preschool teachers' specialization,this paper,based on the theoretical explanation of the training mode of high-quality preschool teachers,combines with the empirical investigation and Research on the current goal,curriculum,training process and evaluation of preschool education undergraduate training in Colleges and universities,makes an analysis of preschool education specialty in Colleges and universities This paper summarizes and analyzes the common problems and shortcomings of the undergraduate talent training mode.First of all,from the national and social background,this study analyzes the necessity and implementation significance of this study,expounds the literature review at home and abroad,lists and summarizes the different research contents and results,expounds the main methods of research,and summarizes the relevant theories of preschool education,including vocational colleges,preschool education,high-quality teachers and training models This paper defines the core concepts such as formula,and expounds the relevant theories of preschool education,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study.Through the investigation of the graduates of preschool education in three higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province,the author finds that the current training objectives of preschool teachers are insufficient,they cannot be accurately positioned,the curriculum cannot meet the needs,the teaching content,methods and means are relatively backward,and the teaching evaluation method is single.These problems have seriously constrained the training of high-quality preschool teachers of preschool education in higher vocational colleges.After that,the research puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of defining the training objectives of high-quality preschool teachers,setting up courses scientifically and optimizing the curriculum structure,strengthening the training process with practice as the core,and improving the evaluation system with diversified training evaluation.In order to promote and improve the current talent training model,to improve the quality of training purposes.Finally,according to the targeted suggestions,the research completed a complete set of training mode construction from the four aspects of training objectives,curriculum setting,training process and training evaluation,forming the guidance for the construction of the new training mode of preschool education major in Heilongjiang Vocational College for nationalities,providing guidance for other vocational colleges in Harbin and even the whole country in the reform of preschool education As a reference,vocational ability training mode can cultivate an excellent pre-school teachers.This study is through literature review-Theoretical Interpretation-Empirical Research-problem analysis-Countermeasures to explore the context of the full text.
