Physical education is an important part of school physical education, and physical education is a carrier of school physical education, students learn the skills of sports and fitness training an important way to cultivate the habit of a student, concerned about students on a variety of physical education performance is to improve the teaching quality and assurance, in particular is at high school girls in physical and psychological development of an important period. The topic for Shiyan City high school girls exists on PE behavior, explore and analyze the reasons for the emergence of so as to improve Shiyan City high school girls learn better sports propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions.This study includes a total of 300 girls and 60 teachers who come from 6 high schools of shiyan city,such as Dongfeng High Schools, Shiyan No.1.High School, Shiyan No.2.High School, Yunyang High School and Yunxian No.2.High School be the research object, using the literature material method, interview method, field observation method, questionnaire survey method, and the methods of mathematical statistics to shiyan city high school girls in P.E. class, negative behavior has carried on the investigation and research, and analyzes the related reasons, in view of the problem put forward the related countermeasure and the suggestion, and the following conclusions:(1) of shiyan city high school girls did exist in P.E. class, negative behavior and the phenomenon is not optimistic; (2) of shiyan shiyan city high school girls in P.E. class, negative behavior in the classroom attendance, dress, at the time of collection of discipline, the enthusiasm of classroom practice, classroom interaction, etc; (3) of shiyan city high school girls own factors, school factors, physical education teachers factors, and family and social factors in shiyan city high school girls in physical education, the negative; (4) improvement of shiyan city high school girls in P.E. class, negative behavior countermeasures.At the same time put forward the following Suggestions:(1) physical education teachers to improve through many ways of shiyan city high school girls to sports a variety of cognitive, changing the concept of female sports learning; (2) to carry out a variety of sports activities to let the girl to get a sense of achievement in sports activities to enhance self-confidence and physical education learning enthusiasm; (3) will the girl can accept, graceful, moderate exercise, interesting and entertaining sports into sports class, stimulate interest in girls; (4) the teaching contents, teaching organization, teaching methods, the choice of sports load and use in accordance with physical and mental characteristics of high school girls; (5) increase the facilities and the introduction of excellent teachers, for the girls’ physical education learning to provide enough material and human resources; (6) advocated teaching in the process of teaching feedback to build mutual understanding, mutual communication between teachers and students, common progress, to enhance the feelings of platform, etc. (7) striving parents’appro vance & support to do a good job of cohesion "home school sports", promoting the development of girls’physical and mental health.
