In 2016,the "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council proposed that sports activities for key populations should be promoted to improve the physical fitness of the whole people,and teenagers and women should be the primary key populations.The promotion of good physical exercise behaviors of middle school girls is the country's requirement for the improvement of the health of the whole people and the need for the improvement of the physical exercise of young women.This research mainly uses questionnaire survey and interview survey methods to investigate and analyze the physical exercise behavior of rural middle school girls and physical education teachers in Qingjiangpu District.Based on the survey status and analysis of influencing factors,it proposes strategies and suggestions to improve the physical exercise behavior of rural middle school girls in Qingjiangpu District.The survey results of the current situation of girls' physical exercise behaviors in rural middle schools in Qingjiang Pu District:(1)The girls in rural middle schools in Qingjiang Pu District have a higher awareness of the importance of physical exercise,but their awareness of the value of physical exercise is relatively limited.80.2% of the total number of girls think that participating in sports is important,and 75.2% think that the value of sports is to maintain good health;(2)Most of the girls in rural middle schools in Qingjiang Pu District are at a higher level of motivation for exercise.The main motivation of 50.6% of middle school girls to participate in physical exercise is to identify and adjust the motivation for health and maintaining body shape,of which health motivation accounts for 35.1%;(3)The main time for girls in rural middle schools in Qingjiang Pu District to exercise is in physical education and school.In the large inter-class activities organized,the after-school exercises are mainly on weekends.60.2% of middle school girls take part in 3-4 physical exercises a week.Nearly one-half of the girls in their free time after school do not participate in any exercise,and 59.0% of them participate twice or more on weekends;(4)The exercise program for girls in rural middle schools in Qingjiang Pu District is more traditional.At this stage,they are still running.Mainly projects,middle school girls have diversified demands for badminton,aerobics and other items;(5)Qingjiang Pu District schools provide more venues and equipment for middle school girls' physical exercises than their families;(6)84.1% of middle schools Girls do not participate in any exercise during the menstrual period,50.7% of the girls have the wrong perception of moderate exercise during the menstrual period,and it is common for middle school girls not to participate in physical exercise during the menstrual period;(7)51.8% of the rural middle school girls in Qingjiang Pu District are in physical exercise behavior In the preparation phase of the phase,the level of action is low.There is a significant difference in the stage distribution of physical exercise behavior between junior high school girls and high school girls,and high school girls withdraw from physical exercise.Through factor analysis,the main factors that affect the physical exercise of girls in rural middle schools in Pu District of Qingjiang River are obtained.Psychological factors are mental state,exercise efficacy,sports cognition,and exercise motivation;environmental factors are exercise opportunities,physical education teachers,school conditions and exercise atmosphere;family factors are the daily physical exercise behavior of parents,the support of parents and family members,and what they have at home Exercise equipment;personal conditions and demand factors are mainly menstrual cycle,free time and physical exercise effectiveness.The factors are ranked from high to low in terms of the degree of influence.Finally,aiming at the physical exercise problem of rural middle school girls in Qingjiang Pu District,it puts forward an improvement strategy and gives implementation suggestions in four aspects of middle school girls,family,school,and society.
