Today's society is in the stage of rapid development,people are also for their own livelihood and work hard,in such a fast-paced life,making the work of the growing pressure,professional physical decline,the number of occupational diseases increasingly.If you want to change this status quo,the only way is to guide people to strengthen physical exercise,strengthen their physique.Therefore,the scientific method of physical exercise has become an important basis for the public health of the broad masses of the people.As a future leader in the production line of workers,is the main force of China's economic development,their physical and mental health level is directly related to the quality of human resources in China.Thus,the secondary school students extracurricular physical exercise behavior is worthy of the current attention of every sports workers.The secondary vocational school is the main part of vocational education in our country.The main training goal is to cultivate a large number of skilled talents and high quality laborers on the basis of compulsory education.Now the secondary vocational school enrollment,teaching scale is expanding,the number of students also increased,and the student's entrance threshold is also declining,which makes the students in all aspects of physical fitness also showed a downward trend.To this end,this article to secondary vocational school students extracurricular physical exercise behavior as the object of study,to 454 students of Shijiazhuang Vocational and Technical Education Center as the object of investigation.Using the methods of literature,survey and mathematical statistics,the behavior of students' extracurricular physical exercise is classified according to the form of expression,and then the different categories are analyzed and studied in details,and the students' problems,and find out the reasons for the proposed countermeasures.In the end,let the students understand the correct way to participate in extracurricular physical exercise,so that students actively participate in physical exercise,so that students' ability and physical quality to be fully improved.But also for the future scholars in the extracurricular physical exercise behavior research to provide some experiences and references.The research draws the following conclusions:1.From a general view of the secondary vocational school's students to participate in extracurricular sports activities,the spirit of lax,lazy slack and passive performance of the three-dimensional total scores are higher.It means that the frequency of the negative and inactive behavior as a student in the exercise process is relatively low,and the frequency of the initiative consciousness and behavior in the students' exercise process is relatively high.It illustrates that the positive behavior plays a dominant role in the extracurricular sports of the secondary vocational school's students.2.The differences in the behavior of students from different sexes in secondary vocational school's physical education have been checked and analyzed,and there are no significant differences in the four dimensions of exercise habits,preventive measures,passive performance and mental dissonance.But in the active performance,lazy slack and not participate in the exercise of the score on the boys were higher than the girls,and the difference between the three dimensions of the differences were significant.From the different grades in the secondary vocational school students' extracurricular physical exercise behavior differences by the test analysis,the first grade in the non-participation in the training dimension was significantly higher than the other two grades.In the active performance,passive performance,lazy slack three dimensions of the third grade was significantly higher than the other two grades.3.There are many factors that affect the secondary vocational school's students' physical activity in extracurricular physical education.There are mainly students' habits and interests in physical exercise,the level of students' own sports skills,the teaching ability and level of physical education teachers,the construction of school sports culture,school facilities and other sports facilities Electronic products and networks.4.On the basis of discussing the influencing factors of the exercise behavior,some strategies of improvements in behavior of are summarized.The strategies include reinforcing guide the positive behavior,and reducing the negative and inactive behavior.The concrete methods as follows: we should strengthen policy advocacy,develop physical exercise habits;work hard in classes,have more practice and improve the sport ability;according to the actual situation,speed up the reform of physical education;highlight the characteristics of school physical exercise,strengthen the construction of school sports culture;increase the investment and improve the sports environment and reinforce the students' outlook on life and world view.
