Objective The evaluation report of the Chinese Children and Adolescents Physical Fitness Index(2017)shows that there is a relatively obvious "inverted phenomenon" in the effect,environment and behavior of children and adolescents in China.The 2014 National Student Physical Health Report shows that the physical health problems of college students in China are serious: physical fitness continues to show a downward trend,and the detection rate of obesity continues to show an upward trend,which is highly concerned by the state and society.The "Guiding Opinions on Further Strengthening the Work of Traditional Sports of Ethnic Minorities" states that traditional ethnic sports should be introduced into campuses.The Xiangxi Miao gu Movement is a typical and unique national sport.It was included as the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage in 2006.This article provides a reference for the introduction of sports teaching classes for ethnic sports,inheritance of traditional ethnic sports,enrichment of campus cultural life,and promotion of physical fitness of college students by studying the degree of influence of Miao gu exercise intervention on female college students' physical fitness.Methods Thirty non-sports female college students from Jishou University were randomly selected and divided into an intervention group and a control group of 15(no difference before the experiment).In addition to the public physical education curriculum,the two groups of subjects performed 65 minutes / time,3 times / week,and 12 weeks of total drum movements,while the control group did not perform additional exercises.Before and after the intervention: the body composition,cardiopulmonary function,flexibility and muscle strength of female college students were tested separately;the paired T test was used for data comparison within the group,and the independent T test was used for data comparison between groups.Results(1)Compared with before the intervention,the FAT% of the female college students in the intervention group decreased from 28.34% to 23.43%,and the muscle mass increased from 32.93 kg to 36.65 kg.At the same time,the muscle mass of the left and right arms,trunk,and left and right legs increased significantly(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the FAT% of the female college students in the intervention group was significantly reduced after the intervention,while the muscle mass,left and right arms,trunk,and left and right leg muscle mass were significantly increased(P<0.05);body weight and BMI were not compared Difference(P>0.05);(2)Compared with before the intervention,the vital capacity and maximum oxygen uptake of the female students in the intervention group increased significantly,the heart rate decreased at rest(P<0.05),and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were relatively stable;and Compared with the control group,after intervention,the vital capacity and maximum oxygen uptake of the female college students in theintervention group increased significantly,and the heart rate at rest decreased significantly(P<0.05);(3)compared with before the intervention,the upper limb shoulders,The flexibility of the waist and abdomen increased significantly,and the distance of the left and right vertical forks and transverse forks from the ground decreased(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the upper limbs,waist,abdomen,left and right vertical forks and transverse forks of the female college students in the intervention group after intervention Ground distance The contrast of the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05);(4)Compared with before the intervention,the core muscle strength of the female students in the intervention group increased significantly from 65.80 s to 92.93 s,and the grip strength and back strength of the left and right hands also increased(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the post-intervention female college students' left and right hand grip strength,back strength,and core muscle strength were significantly enhanced(P<0.05).Conclusion The 12-week Miao gu exercise can improve the body composition of female college students,improve cardiopulmonary function,enhance flexibility,muscle strength and muscle endurance,and promote healthy fitness.Miao gu exercise is a good for college students Exercise and fitness methods.
