Ideological and moral course guided by the socialist core value system, to promote the formation and development of junior middle school students the correct ideas and good moral character, to lay the foundation of socialism qualified citizens who have ideal, morality, culture and discipline. The connotation of ideological and moral discipline literacy development of students including citizen consciousness, ideological and moral quality, social practice ability, learning ability. The two are completely consistent. To identify the students’ observation and experience, awareness and participation level, to lead the development direction of students’ ideological moral and legal quality, inspire students to enhance the enthusiasm and creativity, to diagnosis the growing problem of students’ growth and improve in time. These are the function of educational evaluation. Therefore, to strengthen the education evaluation function research in the development of students’ ideological and moral discipline accomplishment has a very positive role to realize of the goal of the ideology and moral curriculum.Through the understanding of domestic and foreign research status of educational evaluation, this paper expounds the connotation and functions of education evaluation, discusses the education evaluation function in the students’ ideological and moral discipline literacy development. By reviewing the current state, and on the basis of summarizing the successful experience, analysis the problems and reasons, exploring the implementation strategy of the education evaluation function in the development of students’ ideological and moral science discipline literacy, namely clear evaluation idea, perfect the evaluation system, and to explore the function realization of specific methods. Based on the actual understanding of the current situation of junior middle school ideological and moral evaluation, summarize experience and analysis problem of the students’ ideological and moral discipline literacy development, aims to play the function of education evaluation in promote the development of students’ ideological and moral discipline accomplishment, realize the goal of ideological and moral course.
