With the increasing emphasis on education in China and the continuous optimization of the investment environment for education,the development of higher education in China is booming,and many social capitals are beginning to flock to education,making private colleges an important supplement to China's higher education system.Public universities and colleges together contribute to the overall improvement of national quality.As the main body of higher education in China,teachers are an important part of the strength of private colleges and universities.It is directly related to the quality of higher education in China.Therefore,the evaluation and review of teachers'ability has always been the focus of teacher management in private universities.However,based on the semi-public welfare nature of the national colleges and universities and the late start time,most of the existing private college teacher evaluation systems have disputes over the weight of the evaluation subjects,the stakeholders have not enough recognition of the third-party assessment results,and the assessment results are not in place.Lack of effective use and other issues can not play the positive incentive effect of teacher evaluation,but it has a negative effect on the positive growth of teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the evaluation system of private college teachers.This paper takes the Dianchi College of Yunnan University as the research object,and uses the case study method,the literature research method,the content analysis method and the interview method to extensively collect and view the academic literature related to the"teacher evaluation"at home and abroad,and understand the actual management of the current private college teachers.Based on the on-the-spot investigation and evidence collection,the authors combed the existing research results,formed the understanding of the teacher evaluation of Dianchi College of Yunnan University,analyzed and interpreted the status quo of teacher evaluation of Dianchi College of Yunnan University,and pointed out the teacher teachers who existed in the evaluation of teachers.There is a dispute over the weight distribution of the evaluation subject,the insufficient recognition of the third party assessment results by the stakeholders,the lack of effective feedback on the assessment results,the lack of effective use,the separation of the evaluation system of the private college teachers and the moral evaluation system,and points out that I am a national college.The reasons for teachers'evaluation of alienation include the alienation of the evaluation atmosphere of teachers in private universities,the lack of effective supervision and authenticity guarantee for teachers' evaluation system,the pressure of teachers'"teaching"and"learning"tasks,and the conservativeness of teachers'evaluation under modern civilization.Aspect Suggestions and ideas to improve the evaluation system of teachers in private colleges and universities.Through the research of this paper,it aims to update and construct the evaluation system of college teachers based on the characteristics of the times and the reality of higher education,improve the management of teacher evaluation system,strengthen the evaluation and encouragement of teachers in private universities,and realize the teacher academic under the teacher evaluation system.Freedom,thus promoting the professional development of private college teachers,realizing the expansion and promotion of the personal abilities of private college teachers,thereby improving the salary and professional identity of private college teachers,and finally realizing the positive incentive effect of teacher evaluation on teachers'personal growth.Help private college teachers formulate and improve good career development plans,thereby enhancing the educational strength of private colleges and universities and promoting the deepening development of higher education.
