Secondary vocational education in our country, occupy the important position in the national education, is an important part of the education system in China, is the decisive power of industrialization in our country. Vocational education in the science and education to implement and has a unique position in the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development, vigorously develop vocational education, to promote the economic development, optimization of employment, improving people’s livelihood, is the key to ease labor supply and demand structure contradiction, must be in a location more highlighted. In the economic development of our country is relatively backward area, promote the development of vocational education to be in urgent need to solve the problem.Frontier minority areas in China due to historical, natural, the limitation of various factors such as economic level, the education not invest too much energy, can lead to the development of China’s border areas education level is extremely backward, especially the development of secondary vocational education is in a state of stagnation, almost so vocational education in these areas will not be able to meet the needs of the frontier region economic development of our country.
