Research On The Operation Mechanism And Motive Mode Of Cooperative Innovation Of Sports Culture In China

Innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of the country and nation. Innovation is the inheritance and development of culture in the traditional cultural practices on the basis of lessons learned in the use of science and technology and cultural theory,innovation,open innovation and the development of the situation. Society is a complicated system,today’s society is the social development goals overall innovation,the key is to coordinate the operation of the internal systems to achieve a common internal system innovation. This paper mainly uses literature, comparative law,observation,expert interviews,logical analysis,research and development at home and abroad through a brief history of sports culture,to understand the physical and cultural development of the factors(political, economic,cultural,Personal). Through the analysis of these factors in the operating mechanism and power mode played different roles,be found in the operating mechanism,the power mode can maximize the effectiveness of these factors synergy points.Sports and cultural composition of collaborative innovation operation mechanism and dynamic model of two parts,its composition is different. In the former two do collaboration,both their first analyzed the role of sports and cultural innovation,followed by the two analyzes were performed to analyze their respective play the biggest role in the constitution. By analyzing the final analysis and factors operating mechanism combined with the dynamic model to find the maximum utility of the synergistic combination of both at the point once again,to promote sports culture of collaborative innovation.The following conclusions :(1) According to Schumpeter innovation theory and collaborative innovation theory, to understand the material and the conditions necessary for innovation. Combined with domestic and international sports and cultural development of the evolutionary process,and our understanding of the countries at different stages of development,and the importance of sports and cultural understanding of the principles of collaborative innovation operation mechanism and dynamic model collaboration,supported by the theoretical description of the relevant sports and cultural significance of collaborative innovation research.(2)Sports and cultural collaborative innovation operation mechanism of the components needed basis bucket theory, by the government’s macro-control, management and implementation of sports management and enforcement departments,so that each part of collaborative innovation operation mechanism to find and play the best combinations.(3)Sports and cultural collaborative innovative human,material and financial investment required to follow the "input- output" principle,reasonable investment goods, adhere to the principles of sustainable development, balanced.
