Government launched the Plan for National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development in 2008. The plan clarifies the requirement for strengthening construction of the high quality and high standard teaching faculty. This is also apply to normal school students. Teachers’ teaching idea decides their teaching behavior. The adaptability of normal school students for professional work and the educational quality of middle school report the conformance to view of teaching of middle school teacher and the new curriculum reform.There are many types and effect factors of teaching views. Generally, scholars define the teaching views from teachers, students and interaction between teachers and students. However, the research of this thesis is based on six kinds of teaching views, they are: the knowledge-based teaching, the teaching for improving knowledge structure, the competency-based teaching, communicative teaching, learner-cantered teaching, teaching for improving mind. Therefore, based on questionnaire and literature analysis for the middle school teachers and normal school students, the thesis research conformance of teaching views between normal school students and middle school teachers from six corresponding aspects.This paper consists of major parts: Introduction,body and conclusion.The introduction presents research background and significance.The body of thesis covers three chapters. Chapter 1 refers to literature review. It mainly introduces research of teaching views and some core definitions. Chapter 2 the refers to methodology. It introduces research tools and data-collection. Chapter 3 refers to the research results and discuss. Based on descriptive method, variance analysis and consistency analysis, the author gets conformance and differences between middle school teachers and normal school students in different aspects.Finally, the author makes the conclusion and proposal. The author reflects research results and analyzes conclusion and limitations. And the author gives proposals for the related problems.
