This research, done by investigating and comparing the experimentation results, is based on the study of the 167 students from three classes in Grade 2005, "3+2" Nursing Specialty of the of Huangshi Institute of Technology, in which the motivation, efficiency and results of the new students' forepart learning, and the causes for all this actuality have been surveyed. Meanwhile, aiming at various statuses of different students, conformance estimation is adopted, treating them distinguishingly, seeking the effect of the continuing promoting in lately development on their learning motivation and the heightening of their grades.The result of this research indicates:A. The learning motivation and efficiency of the Altitude Vocational School's students of "3+2" Nursing Specialty, who just finished junior high school, wholly tends to be low.B. The causes for the lack of learning motivation and the poor grades of the School's students are:On the side of the students: The main reason is that they are not aware of their profession desire.On the side of the family: The main reasons are the family departure, the lack of the family education and the improper way of the family education.On the side of the society: The main causes are the interference and the temptation from the surroundings of the school, the network games of the net bars, and the influence of the bad culture ideas. The incorrect ethos, the bad influence of their accompaniers and the interference of the incorrect ethos on the usual teaching order, or its temptation to the individual students are also the chief causes.C. The grades of the students of Nursing Specialty can be heightened in large proportion by administering durative bestirring encouragement to them, if the principle of conformance estimation is adopted, if different students are treated distinguishingly, and if the differences of the students' evolution time and speed are accepted.
