With more and more Training Centers thrusting into a new field-personalized education,the competition among these Centers is inevitable, nowadays it’s too obvious to pay attention to it for all Training Centers, including A Personalized Education Group-a typical personalized education institute.Thinking how to be the first forever and the way to improve our core competence becomes one of our focuses.After analyzing the present situation of the typical personalized education company,we draw the conclusion that quality has become the most important factors among others.although the theories about quality have not been carried out,we decided the study of quality and core competence is more practicable according to the present situation of our company.
