Research On The Encouragement Of Teachers In Higher Vocational Schools

Teachers as the main body of education teaching, the education quality of teaching is the key factor affecting the quality of education in colleges and universities. How to improve the education quality of teaching, from the perspective of team construction, is to find out the problems existing in the college teachers incentive system, analyzes its reason, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. At present the research of university teachers’ incentive problems, mainly research universities and teaching research university, and the study of higher vocational colleges don’t have much attention. Higher vocational colleges in this article, Shaanxi institute of G (Higher vocational colleges) as the research object, field survey as the main method of combining theoretical research results, studied the G institute. This paper introduces the incentive related theory and concept, secondly, Shaanxi institute of G, for example, the paper analyzes the current situation of the incentive and the existing problems, such as salary system is yet to be perfected, the distribution of work task is yet to be more fair and reasonable care, to teacher’s life is yet to be strengthen, also cannot ignore care of teachers’ spirit and provide staff upside and self improvement space is very limited, etc., and on this basis, the analysis of two big reasons caused problem, namely, social environment and school specific reason. Again, through to the outside is introduced, the incentive mechanism of university teachers in order to promote the design of vocational college teachers incentive system in China. Finally on the basis of case analysis, to perfect the higher vocational college teachers incentive mechanism in our country put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
