With the rapid development of economy in our country, the current social demand forsome applied technology talents is increasing, this for the secondary vocational educationdevelopment of our country provides a good opportunity. To realize the secondaryvocational school teaching objectives and tasks, it is necessary to build a high quality, highquality, reasonable structure, excellent secondary vocational school teachers diligentlywork, avoid unnecessary loss the excellent teacher resources, and realize the continuousoptimization of the whole structure of secondary vocational school teachers, improveteachers’ work enthusiasm in work. In order to better improve the quality of teaching ofsecondary vocational school, the most important task is to build a set of accord with theactual situation of their secondary vocational school teachers incentive mechanism.This article first from the social demand for secondary vocational school teachers putforward, and the importance of incentive mechanism of secondary vocational schoolteachers, the building of secondary vocational school teachers’ incentive mechanism,analyzing the practical significance of and the related concepts such as secondaryvocational schools, secondary vocational school teachers, incentive, incentive mechanismand so on carries on the reasonable definition of and analysis of relevant incentive theoryat home and abroad. In this article, we take the typical secondary vocational schools inchongqing, chongqing female secondary as the research object, using the method ofquestionnaire and interview the teachers were empirical research. The research on thequestionnaire survey to200teachers in chongqing as female, some typical interviewpersonnel, from the analysis of the results of the questionnaire and in-depth interviewresults, we found that the current several outstanding problems: the secondary vocationalschool teachers team construction in chongqing is still need further improvements;Secondary vocational school teachers in chongqing main demand is not very clear, teacherfor material as well as future development two aspects is the degree of imbalance;Secondary vocational school teachers’ extrinsic motivation factor is not yet perfect, fordifferent stages of teachers’ work enthusiasm to maximize motivation. According to thesetypical questions, this article through to the investigation of the chongqing women andsecondary teachers found that should first in chongqing as female teachers structureoptimizing, the reasonable use of spirit and material incentives, to create a fair competitionenvironment for teachers, teachers of different stages to take appropriate measures such as incentives, eventually to improve the incentive mechanism of chongqing women andsecondary teachers.
