student cadre management is one of the aspects in school management and the most important parts in student management. How to make good management of the student cadres and to achieve the talent development target of the secondary school students is among the most considerable issues of the secondary vocational schools and especially the teachers.Through the analysis of the chosen secondary vocational school, the author concludes some problems existed in its student cadre management as follows: informal election system of the student cadres, fragment training system of the student cadres, insufficient motivations of the student cadres and lack of evaluation system of the student cadres. Whereas, taking account of the importance for the student cadre management, to which the author brings out some strategies to in four chapters:Chapter one:introduction. This chapter mainly introduces the background of the study, the reason why she choose it and the logic of the study.Chapter two:reference review. This chapter mainly introduces some studies on student cadre management.Chapter three:the situation analysis of TOP computer school’s student cadre management. In this chapter, the author conducts a survey to the student cadres and draws an analysis of the current problems in the management.Chapter four:solutions. This chapter mainly gives some solutions to student cadre management in TOP computer school from the angles of idea updating, completion of system and construction of security system at school’s leader, teacher and student level.
