This study attempts to introduce the scientific method LGD to college student cadre selection, to establish an objective and accurate evaluation model.During the study, the main use of literature analysis, questionnaire and BEI method to collect evaluation factor, through the project analysis, exploratory factor analysis method, initially identified three dimensions of college students cadre selection and evaluation of LGD factor. Subsequently, we select more than 300 student cadres of Liaoning Normal University, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian University of Technology City College and other colleges to do the questionnaire. Then, we use the main components factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to analyze the data collected and establish a model.We found it has differences in the gender,position,and the length of time of the college student cadre.Conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) LGD of college student cadre selection includes three dimensions: interpersonal communication, personal qualities and organizational leadership.(2) The assessment dimensions has good reliability and validity.(3)Gender,position and the length of time have a significant impact on the assessment dimensions of LGD.But the assessment dimensions has no significant difference on the lever of the organization student cadre in. |
