E-books, Electronic magazine, smart mobile phones, touch media and otherkinds of new media have changed people’s reading styles. Thus we designa questionnaire to understand the status of the new media classroom teachingin senior high school.The result reveals that the application of new media inChinese teaching is still in the stage of exploration. But teachers all agree theapplication of new media in Chinese classroom teaching can improve teachingefficiency. Not only can it make Chinese teaching more diversified, but alsomake students’ vision more wide and the interaction between teachers andstudents more convenient.The content of educational blog often includes teachingdesign, teaching reflection and educational narrative, so it is always used as atool of communication for teachers from different areas. The microblog spreadsinformation so rapidly that it’s often used as a topic in oral and writing classto promote students’ ability of learning by themselves. Micro class has becomea new teaching mode in China by recent three years, teachers deliver theirteaching video which is controlled in ten minutes to their students before class.Students can learn by themselves with the help of this teaching video, then tomake their automatic learning ability come true.However, the application of new media in Chinese classroom teaching isalso a severe challenge to our teachers. For instance, students’ online time ishardly to regulate,educational blogs often update slowly, the use of micro classis blind, the efficiency of new media teaching resources used is lowly. How topromote the efficiency of the new media classroom teaching in senior highschool, we make four recommendations by combining former reaserch and ourinvestigation. Firstly, we should make a proper attitude towards the new mediaclassroom teaching. Not only should we acknowledge its advantage, but alsoavoid using overly. Secondly, it’s necessary for us to establish a series of validreward and punishment system to strengthen supervision of students. Thirdly,teachers should be good at integrating all kinds of teaching resource to makethe highly use of teaching material. Finally, teaches should promote theirtechnology of computer using to make micro class together.
