Project Teaching Method is a teaching method based on student-centeredteaching activities, aiming at completing a project by students under the teacher’sguidance. This teaching method combines knowledge acquisition and abilitycultivation, which breaks through the traditional teaching method of separatingknowledge from ability. Project Teaching Method is an interactional activity ofteaching and learning, centering “students, activities and exploration” instead of“teacher, course and classroom”. It greatly encourages students to acquireknowledge from practical activities, tap students’ potentials and enhancestudents’ abilities of solving problems. Carrying out the Project Teaching Methodduring training and taking full advantage of proper settings and good cooperation canencourage students to actively take part in class activities and enhance students’initiatives and confidence. Therefore, it can improve students’ learning interest,efficiency and management, which can achieve the teaching goal effectively.For the reason mentioned above,in order to understand the developmentof “Project Teaching Method”, a great many works from home and abroad havebeen read based on the conception of“Project Teaching Method”,which combinesvocational school students’ psychological inferiority and weakness in knowledge. Bymeans of group cooperation, stage teaching(project approval, planning,implementation, display and summarizing)and students’ encouragement for eachother, the teaching task will be gradually completed. During the whole teachingprocess, teachers have perfectly mix Project Teaching Method and other teachingmethods together. Students’ abilities of participating in classroom activities havebeen greatly improved, mostly important, and students’ initiatives andself-confidence have been largely enhanced. The transformation of the traditionalteaching roles brings students abilities into full play, which can improve students’sustainable development.
