With the rapid development of knowledge economy and growing pace of economic globalization, the international division of labor is getting smaller. The competition of comprehensive national strength is becoming increasingly fierce. The competition of comprehensive national power is mainly the competition of talents. Occupation education, as our country education professional talents cultivation, is one of the most important part which plays a key role in the economic development of China. However, in reality, our country occupation education, although have make a spurt of progress of the growth in the number and size, but the effect of occupation education in improving the quality of the labor force is not significant, occupation college graduates still have not been fully recognized by the society. The reason, the most important is in our country’s present high occupation education system cohesion exists some problems:in the higher vocational students’enrollment channels is not wide, admitted to vocational colleges vocational opportunities very little, also cannot turn into learning to ordinary education, vocational into ordinary graduate study size and channel is not smooth; the speed of occupation education development too fast, occupation education and social cohesion problems.In order to construct a scientific and reasonable occupation education system, the survey of this study occupation existing educational institutions in Shaanxi Province, carries on the statistical analysis using the survey data, the main research content is as follows:(1) through the investigation, understanding of elementary vocational school in general, medium occupation school, the higher occupation colleges, five years higher vocational education, occupation education and training institutions such as the hierarchical structure, curriculum system, provide a basis for the integration of occupation education resources.(2) further investigation in part of Shaanxi Province, vocational and secondary vocational school five year occupation college. On the one hand, through school education and subjective department is mainly responsible for people, understand the connection situation of Shaanxi Province in recent years, occupation education college professional settings, teaching quality, enrollment status, occupation education internal between various levels and vocational education and general education etc.. Through the understanding of the implementation of the individual professional courses in higher vocational colleges, whether to link up mutually in the course, coherent. On the other hand, approached the students, teachers to understand their attitudes and expectations for occupation colleges, especially in evaluating the implementation of its occupation college courses students on the occupation college and on the growth, survival, employment vision. In order to understand the curriculum occupation education hierarchy, now is whether or not to meet the requirements of the students, is attractive on the. In addition, the implementation of our province through understanding the five year occupation technical college teaching course, the actual situation of independent comparison structure in higher vocational education, reform the curriculum system of higher vocational education, explore the obstacles and reform measures.(3) through the statistical analysis of the results, to further understand the connection status of Shaanxi province existing vocational education system, find out the existing problem of the occupation education system. Combined with the actual situation of Shaanxi province occupation education and occupation education system construction, draw lessons from foreign experience, analysis of the existing problems in the occupation education in Shaanxi Province, and the cause of the problem.(4) Shaanxi has a large Educational advantage, but economic development is relatively weak. learn from the useful experience of foreign countries, the construction for the economic structure of Shaanxi Province, to integrate and optimize education resources in Shaanxi Province, the formation of lateral and longitudinal connecting each other occupation education system.This study theoretically provided certain basis to construct the structure of reasonable occupation education system, help to enrich the occupation education of cohesion theory, is helpful in the construction of social service system of occupation education, integration of educational resources to promote the harmonious development of society. They are important in practice:first, systematic analysis on the status of occupation education system in Shaanxi Province helps to find out the existing occupation education system cohesion in Shaanxi province system and curriculum, which is helpful for putting forward corresponding countermeasures. Second, according to Shaanxi province economic, social features, education resources can be effectively integrated to construct occupation education system which is suitable for further development.
