Due to various reasons, the current our country university graduates employment information service system is not perfect, establish and perfect our country current students to college graduates employment information service platform, to promote the college graduates employment, give full play to its advantages, it is a realistic problem that needs to be studied and solved Xiao in Colleges and universities.The employment of college students has been the attention of the whole society, the severe employment situation of college students in China is not only facing the problem, is a world problem. The employment problem of college students in China is an integral part of the labor employment and the distribution of human resources, are closely related, and the development of social economy of our country, the reform of higher education system and personnel system as well as the world economy and trade. In this paper, by using system analysis method, based on the research results of three colleges and universities in Yunnan Province, analyzes its existing problems and the causes of these problems, to promote the establishment and perfection of the college students’employment service system. Construction is not only related to the vital interests of students and university students’employment service system, but also related to China’s economic and social stability, therefore, employment service system for college students to build a nationwide has theoretical significance and the practical significance.
