In the age of mass higher education,the reform process of college graduate employment system has been deepened,and the approach to employment has been fully market-oriented.In recruiting college graduates,there is a transition in employers' emphasis from “quantity” to “quality”.In an increasingly competitive job market,graduates feel overwhelming pressures.To guarantee full and quality employment of college graduates,for at-home experts and academic institutions,there has been a shift in the perspective from which to research the issue of graduate employment Market expansions and the change of graduates' conceptions are not the best approaches to help college graduates with employment.The fundamental way to solve graduate employment is to improve college students' employment competence.As a supplier of labor force,college has the responsibility and commitment to adopt all sorts of measures to nurture and boost college students' employment competence.Thus,employment guidance for college students is increasingly drawing great attention from both the society and colleges.Starting from the actual situation of college employment guidance,this thesis suggests to engage in all procedure employment guidance,which is supposed to be targeted at all college students during the all procedure of college education.The thesis contains six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which briefly relates the necessity for carrying out the current study.The second chapter introduces the employment competence model and its core elements,and illustrates the intrinsic connection between employment competence and employment guidance.The third chapter,in the light of college graduate employment competence and employment situation,elaborates on the present situation of employment guidance both at home and abroad and points out the existing problems.On the basis of chapter 3,the fourth chapter puts forward the building-up of aall procedure employment guidance mode to boost college students' employment competence,illustrated from such aspects of all procedure employment guidance as the characteristic,philosophy,principle,institution construction,team building,content and approaches and etc.Additionally,in this chapter,the author suggests to shape an employment cultural climate and to bring the feedback effect of employment guidance into play.To guarantee the successful development of all procedure employment guidance,the fifth chapter illustrates employment safeguard measures from two aspects: school running idea and support in terms of staff,finance and other resources.Chapter 6 presents conclusion of the paper.
