The mathematics teachers in junior high school to investigate the students’ mathematicslearning before and after class is one of the inevitable works in the daily teaching, and it isthe key link between the preparing lessons and the class teaching and between the classteaching and the teaching evaluation, and it is a refinement of the students learning analysis.While this is not very satisfying and the learning analysis research in practice teaching is notvery much, this paper launch the research that investigate the the student’s mathematics learningin the current mathematics teachers in junior high school before and after class.This paper, by the interview of30teachers in Ji’nan, Zibo, Tai’an, investigates the presentsituation, finds out the deficiencies and reasons, puts forward the countermeasures, and is fiveparts totally. The first part introduces the origin of the problem, the existing research and review,and the method. The second part introduces the basic theory, and defines the relevant conceptsabout students learning and investigation method. The third part introduces the investigation ofthe present situation and analyzes the deficiencies. The fourth part introduces the investigation ofthe causes and attribution analysis. The fifth part introduces the specific requirements for theteachers and gives the practical case.Through the investigation, teachers’ deficiencies in investigating students’ learning aremainly incomplete aspects, less attention on the upper students, not enough scientific methods,reflection limited and so on. And the main reasons are: the investigation of mathematics learningand class design have reversed position, teachers still can’t take students’ mathematics learningas a start point; lack of theory makes teachers have ambiguous aspects, not enough scientificmethod and attribution mistakes; the rules of schools have a great effect on the concrete behaviorof teachers.According to the current situation,the paper proposes to the teachers following requirements:teachers should put the investigation of students’ mathematics learning before class design; theteachers should realize the investigation of students’ mathematics learning strategy and attitudeand improving the students’ grades are not contradictory; the teachers should consider what thestudents know and mathematics learning strategy and attitude at the same time; teachers shouldpay attention to all levels of the students; teachers need have a more nuanced thinking in method;teachers need to hold a keen question consciousness and reflective consciousness; the rules ofschools should make a partial adjustment to make sure the environment.
