In this paper,the application of functional training in Aerobics national team for the physical training of the 2017 World Games is studied by means of literature,experiment,observation,mathematical statistics and functional training.In each stage,the objective of the functional training is defined according to the external detection and self evaluation of the risk of injury.There is a particular emphasis on the proportion of training arrangements.The concept and method of functional training were studied and applied for 6 months.Functional exercise screening(FMS)and Y balance test were used as the assessment methods of injury status and physical condition detection in Aerobics national team athletes,and functional training as intervention means.The final discovery is:(1)The functional training of Aerobics national team in the whole large cycle of the 2017 World Games accounts for 66.66% of the length of physical training during the whole period of the whole big cycle,accounting for 17.72% of the long period of the whole large cycle.The proportion of physical fitness,skills,and adjustment units is 3:4:2:1.(2)The method of functional training is mainly to make up the training of different degree of strain: the stability training of the body core area,the joint stability and flexibility training,the functional strength training,and the body corrective training.The training of different contents of the same training unit is supplemented by the training of warm-up and nerve activation,physical expansion training,skill breakdown training,stretching and fascia relaxation training.(3)Compared with functional training before and after the intervention,aerobics in the national team athletes in FMS test squats,hurdling step linear lunge and the three indicators and score has significant difference.The pain rate of the functional exclusion test decreased from 61.5% to 38.46%.(4)Compared with functional training before and after the intervention,aerobics national team athletes in the upper left hand stretched enough value in Y balance testand your hand is enough value both indicators compared with significant difference;Both sides of the athletes tend to be balanced,and the risk of injury caused by imbalance of the limbs is reduced.(5)Before and after the functional training intervention,the athletes of the aerobics team were subjected to the physical test selection,and the two indexes of the crossbar were significantly different.During the three stages of the whole training process,the number of joint pain points in the upper limbs,trunk and lower limbs gradually decreased,and the injuries gradually improved.
