Since socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,all fields in China have achieved leapfrog growth.Under the background of overall education reform,the teaching mode and structure of undergraduate colleges have changed to great extent.Curriculum reform is the only way for universities to promote the all-round development of students.School-based curriculum development is a highlight of the new curriculum reform,but also a great challenge.The development of school-based curriculum fully reflects the main substance of the new curriculum reform,and the curriculum construction takes "students' development" as the main aim,and develops the curriculum which is beneficial to the development of students according to the realities of the school.Aerobics as a sport has been widely used in primary and secondary school physical education curriculum.Through the study of aerobics course,students can exercise their bodies,which promotes the healthy psychological development,and at the same time,they can get aesthetic education teaching.Improve students participation in exercise study of the enthusiasm.Therefore,the development of school-based curriculum of aerobics is regarded as an important content in the educational reform of physical education in undergraduate colleges,which also promotes the fully implementation of the educational reform of physical education in schools to a certain extent.This paper takes the educational reform of undergraduate colleges of new times as the research background,takes the development of the school-based curriculum of public physical education for freshmen and sophomores of Jilin University as the research object and takes optimizing the teaching structure of physical education subject of Jilin University and promoting the fully development of students as the research purpose.Based on the research of the domestic and international school-based curriculum,physical education school-based curriculum and aerobics school-based curriculum,this paper analyzes the necessity of the development of the school-based curriculum of public physical education in Jilin University,applies the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,field observation method,SWOT analysis method to make clear about the attitude of teachers and students to the school-based curriculum of public physical education in Jilin University,know about the current situation of public physical education curriculum and the participation of college students,analyzes the strength and weakness of the school-based curriculum of public physical education aerobics,and summarizes the existing theoretical outcome,This paper summarizes the affecting factors and the selection of development process elements of aerobics school-based course.At the same time,this paper analyzes the current situation of the school in the early stage of the development of the school-based curriculum of public physical fitness in Jilin University,and bring forward a scheme of the school-based curriculum of public physical fitness in Jilin University from the aspects of theoretical basis,basic idea,basic principle,goal setting and content setting.From the aspects of teaching plan,theoretical content,practical content,examination content,teaching evaluation,satisfaction analysis,application evaluation and so on,the application research of the school-based curriculum of public physical education in Jilin University is carried out,and the conclusion of this research are as follows:1.Jilin University has a prerequisite for developing public physical aerobics course: the attitude of all teachers and students to the course provides a precondition for the development and implementation of the course.Most teachers believe that the development and implementation of the course is necessary,and nearly 80% of the students show their preference for the course and they are willing to attend this course.2.Jilin University has a certain theory and criterion for the development of public physical aerobics curriculum: the National physical Education Curriculum Teaching Guide is taken as the theoretical foundation in the process of developing the school-based curriculum of aerobics,and take modern pedagogy,training,psychology and pedagogy and curriculum theory as the theoretical basis,focusing on the integration of multidisciplinary theory to further guarantee the quality of school-based curriculum development.3.The feasibility of the curriculum development steps of public physical aerobics in Jilin University: by the evaluation results and satisfaction analysis after the trial course,we find that teachers and students are more satisfied with the curriculum development: teachers understand the teaching reform better now and improve their ability and professionalism.At the same time,the students give the feedback and said that the course brought about the improvement of physical fitness and happy mood,indicating that this course benefits both physical exercise and their own sentiment.Finally,after the design research and analysis of this subject,it is proved that the school-based course of public physical education aerobics is feasible in Jilin University,and this course is suitable for the teaching of public physical education in Jilin University.However,the scope of curriculum content can be further in order to achieve better application results.
