Language is the most important communication tool, is an important part of humanculture. The unity of the instrumental and the humanity is the basic characteristic of theChinese courses. High school Chinese curriculum should further improve the students’Chinese accomplishment, causes the student to have stronger language application ability andcertain language aesthetic ability, exploring ability, and form a good ideological and moralqualities and scientific and cultural quality, and lay a foundation for lifelong learning andpersonal development.Reading is an important means to achieve the above goal and the modern article readingoccupies an important position in it. Changes with the development of the society, readingability, especially the modern article reading ability has become the survival and developmentof a modern the indispensable basic ability. Reading ability is so important, what are theproblems that students in reading?1. No more able to read the article. Took a post don’t know what articles written content,theme grasp not to come out, or is a biased understanding.2. Reading speed is slow and the students can’t read deeply to grasp the main idea of thehe context, staying on the surface of the context.3. The single thinking Angle, not comprehensive thinking.4. Students are more interested in network literature, the paper lack of enthusiasm.Aiming at the present situation, this paper explores learning strategies of modern articlesreading among high school students which are divided into the following parts.The first part, is to exam outline detailed analysis about the modern article reading, hasbeen clear about the modern article to read the requirements and regulations in the examoutline, the college entrance examination volume what is the purpose of setting up modernarticle reading, this study provides guidance for us, let we have rules to follow, reduces theblindness.The second part, through the recent eight years Shandong volume modern article readingtext and often questions research, combined with the examination of Shandong provinceshows that determine the review of the eight kinds of topic: structure analysis works, theme,image analysis of objects or people, understand the meaning of words or sentences, andappreciate the language features of sentences, analysis the meaning of title or benefit, analysis of the article writing features, to explore the text. The eight kinds of questions is that we needto focus on in the process of learning to master, and further summarizes the universityentrance exam proposition rule, provides a direction for us.The third part, the daily modern article reading teaching in high school, there is the cultivationof teachers’ modern article reading ability of students and the college entrance examinationtest target, ignored the separation of the cultivation of the students reading consciousness andreading habit as well as the student’s reading itself is not broad vision and other issues.The accumulation of the fourth part in the daily teaching found in the following modernarticle reading learning strategies: strengthening reading, cultivating ability, use of class,weekend, summer and winter vacation to give students enough time to get them to read, tocarry out a variety of reading activities to stimulate students’ interest in reading. To strengthenreading aloud, recite, cultivate the students’ language sense, strengthen the student’s ability tounderstand the text. Following the method of reading guidance and supervision, to teachstudents with supervision and carry out the effective reading method, only in this way can youensure efficient reading, let the student constantly improve their sensibilities in the extensivereading and comprehension. Only in this way students in text to grasp, answer to understand,in the process of analysis in place. To outlinethe effect and grasp the thinking structure of the article, this way can help us understand thepurpose of this article, to grasp the thinking structure of the article.
