Teachers’ team construction in colleges and universities, is always a top priority in the educational reform and development, is to improve the quality of higher education, the core issue of constructing high level university. Existing performance evaluation of teacher’s teaching, however, there are still many deficiencies, how to scientific, just and fair evaluation of teachers’ teaching performance, has been the problem of teacher management, is also the school human resources management is facing an important issue.Based on the investigation and analysis of the university of YL, the place of common colleges and universities teachers’teaching present situation and problems of the performance evaluation, on the basis of relevant theories, collecting data through statistical analysis, using the method of literature analysis, interview and questionnaire survey, from the place of common colleges and universities teachers’teaching practice and status quo of performance evaluation, discuss and improve performance evaluation of local common colleges and universities teachers’teaching countermeasures and Suggestions.In this paper, the research conclusions are as follows:1) through the survey found that the current performance evaluation of local normal colleges and universities teachers’teaching plays a positive role. Starting from the teaching assessment of performance evaluation of the main content, status and role of teaching performance evaluation, performance evaluation and the actual teaching of compatibility, teachers of teaching by analyzing the evaluation of the performance evaluation of the performance evaluation of local normal colleges and universities teachers’ teaching present situation, think the performance evaluation of local normal colleges and universities teachers’teaching played a positive role.2) in the survey this paper also reveals the current performance evaluation of local normal colleges and universities teachers’ teaching problems, including:assessment lacks credibility, unreasonable evaluation subject and cycle, the evaluation index set is not science, performance evaluation of teaching effect is not obvious. The current performance evaluation of local normal colleges and universities teachers’ teaching existence question the reason for this is that evaluation method is lack of qualitative analysis and decide leadership opinion, low index set of each main body participation, poor communication and feedback of evaluation results.3) the experience both at home and abroad for reference, according to the above several kind of problem, this paper puts forward: attention to the balance of quantity and quality evaluation in teaching, the dominant position of outstanding teachers in teaching performance evaluation, set up a comprehensive performance evaluation index system of teaching, to overcome the heavy light change tendency and value evaluation result feedback.
