On The Construction Of Sports Culture From The Perspective Of "Chinese Dream"

In recent years, the cultural system reform of China has developed from point to surface, from shallow to deep, and continues to make major breakthroughs and significant progress in key areas and key links. The overall outlook of cultural area has become brand new, gradually unfolding a new pattern of development, and finally, found and began to follow a development road of culture with Chinese characteristics. Since the18th CPC National Congress, General Secretary Xi has repeatedly discussed the significance and related issues of spiritual civilization construction and cultural reform and development while expounding China Dream. To strengthen the prosperity of sports culture, and improve soft power of sports culture, have far-reaching implications to the global development of China Dream---Great Power Dream.To explore the related countermeasures to strengthen the construction of sports culture, this paper has deeply analyzed the current status, existing problems and their reasons of sports culture in China by using literature research, historical research and some other research methods.First, combining the essenceof China Dream, to explore the relationship between China Dream and sports culture construction. Second, to analyze the current status of sports culture construction under the view of China Dream, which is shown in the increasing popularity of universal culture, the progressive development of competitive sports culture, and the gradual development of sports and cultural industries.Third, to explore the existing problems of sports culture construction under the view of China Dream. For instances, sports culture construction in rural areas is relatively backward than urban areas; it varies great from region to region; the development of art products of sports culture is quite slow.Forth, analyzed and found four reasons that caused the existing problems of sports culture construction under the view of China Dream. The awareness to know sports culture construction under the view of China Dream is not strong enough; urban-rural dual system is restricting the development of sports culture; policy differences leads to the widening gap of sports culture construction in differnt areas; regional economic imbalances caused the imbalance of sports culture construction.Fifth, through deep analyzing and exploring of the reasons, found four countermeasures to strengthen sports culture construciton under the view of China Dream. Realize the integration of urban and rural areas, and promote the common development of urban and rural sports culture; carry out the national fitness strategy, enhance the overall strength of China’s cultural industries; carry forward the sports spirit, thrive sports literary and artistic creation; inheritant and develop outstanding Chinese traditional sports culture.
