"Special Post Teacher Scheme" is an important force in rural areas of school education, which has very important significance for the construction of teachers and improves the quality of teachers. In2007, Yunnan province began the implementation of rural compulsory education for "Special post Teacher Scheme", who have been making great contribution to the rural areas of school education. However, the Special Post Teacher of Middle School served after the expiration of three years, facing the profession division problem, it is not only the ability to form a stable element of teachers, and crucially they make professional shunt reasons as well as professional shunt demands, which is the core issue behind it. Therefore, the Special Post Teacher of Middle School service after the expiration of the period of occupation diversion demand has become the theme of the study.This paper takes3counties of middle school Special Post Teacher group as the sample in Kunming, Yunnan province. On the basis of field investigation, combined with the literature method, questionnaire, interview and so on, on the current situation, problems of middle school Special Post Teacher service after the expiration of the period of occupation diversion demand analyses. Study found that the existence of these problems: the fact cognition is relatively "fuz2y", a "low" esteemed, expectations are too "ideal", selectivity is relatively "small". The main reasons are:inadequate understanding to the plan of Special Post Teacher, inadequate national funds and government policy system is not sound. On this basis, the secondary school Special Post Teacher professional shunt personal Suggestions are put forward.The research includes three parts:The first part analyses and illustrates the degree of recognition, identity and choice of requirement when special-post teachers choose a career again. The second part when the special-post teachers choose a career again has following problems:cognitive fuzzy, low identity, unrealistic requirement and less choice. The third part based on the research question suggestion:Broaden again obtain employment’s channels, make sure that special-post teachers "can be keep and free to leave at any time "; To raise wages and welfare treatment reasonably, guarantee teachers’basic living conditions; Perfect the related to teacher’s supporting policies of "special-post plan", to improve teachers’ vital interests; The social from all walks of life create a good social atmosphere, improve teachers’ social identity.
