Rural revitalization is inseparable from rural education revitalization.Special gang teachers as a powerful push for the revitalization of rural education,it is very important to study special gang teachers.This study mainly investigated the overall situation of professional identity of special post teachers,studied the relationship between belonging,subjective well-being and professional identity,and further intervened belonging through group assistance,so as to improve the level of subjective well-being and help promote the establishment of a good professional identity,and put forward corresponding suggestions.The research is mainly divided into quantitative research and intervention research.In the quantitative study,selected305 teachers,the teachers’ school belonging scale,overall well-being scale and primary and secondary school teachers’ professional identity scale investigation,research and sense of belonging,the relationship between subjective well-being and professional identity,and verify the sense of belonging in intermediary effect between subjective well-being and professional identity;In the intervention study,through the previous quantitative research,the group counseling intervention program was designed aiming at the sense of belonging of special post teachers,and 32 special post teachers were selected as the experimental group(16 people)and the control group(16 people).The members of the two groups were tested before and after,and the intervention effect was evaluated.Through the above quantitative and intervention studies,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.The overall sense of belonging of special post teachers is at the medium level.There are significant differences in the belonging of special post teachers in age,educational background,professional title,whether they are local,whether they have the intention to change careers,whether their workload is acceptable,and whether they take other jobs in the school.2.The subjective well-being of special Steel teachers is at the medium level.There are significant differences in subjective well-being of special post teachers in age,length of special post,educational background,professional title,whether they are local,whether they have the intention to change careers,and whether the workload is acceptable.3.The professional identity of special post teachers is in the middle level.There are significant differences in professional identity of special post teachers in age,length of special post,education background,professional title,whether they are local,whether they have the intention to change careers and whether the workload is acceptable.4.There is a significant correlation between the sense of belonging,subjective well-being and professional identity of special post teachers.The sense of belonging could significantly predict the sense of belonging of occupation.Belonging can significantly predict subjective well-being.Subjective well-being can significantly predict professional identity.5.Belonging is a mediating variable of subjective well-being and belonging,and plays a part of the mediating effect.6.After group counseling,the pre-and post-test differences of the experimental group participants were significant: the level of belonging,subjective well-being and professional identity were significantly improved;There was no significant difference in the control group.7.Group counseling intervention on belonging can significantly improve the sense of belonging,subjective well-being and professional identity of special post teachers,and establish a good sense of belonging,improve subjective well-being and professional identity of special post teachers have significant and lasting improvement effect.
