To rejuvenate the country,we must first strengthen the division.In the past 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the party and the state have attached great importance to rural education and placed education as a strategic priority.Rural education is a weak area of basic-level education.The State has formulated a"special job plan" to solve the problem of teachers in rural education system.The special-post plan has achieved gratifying achievements in the past ten years or so,not only expand the ways for the employment of college students,also the beneficial supplement of rural primary and secondary school teachers,promote rural teacher quality,solve the problem of structural shortage of rural primary and secondary school teachers,and narrow the gap between urban and rural education,promote the balanced development of the education.but there still remain a lot of problems in the special-post teaching team.Few people pay attention to this group of the special-post teachers.How is their living status?An in-depth investigation of the group of the special-post teachers can find the problem,which can optimize the policy,retain the special-post teachers,and retain the hope of rural education.This thesis takes 173 rural teachers with the special-post teachers in X county of Henan province as the research object,using research methods such as questionnaire method,interview method and literature review method.The questionnaire was prepared from four dimensions to investigate the current situation of the special post teachers in X county,and some special post teachers were interviewed in depth.At present,the predicaments faced by those special-post teachers are mainly material difficulties,low professional identity,lagging professional development,and complex psychological and emotional problems.Analyzing the causes of problems from "The Special-post teachers plan" policy needs to be improved urgently;local governments are ineffective in implementation and lack of complete supervision mechanisms;insufficient local finance and investment in education;lack of scientific management and humanistic care in schools;insufficient social propaganda and prejudice;teachers' role adaptation is poor and their self-management is insufficient.Finally,in view of the existing problems of the special post teachers in X county,henan province,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and Suggestions to improve material life,enhance professional identity,pay attention to professional development,and pay attention to mental health.
