A Study On The Factors Affecting Equalization Of Sports Public Service

In 2008,the central document on the proposed improvement s and ideas that promoted equalization of public services,and in the subsequent“Twelve Five”plan to the development of equalization of public services is w hat the people want of our country,affecting the coordinated development and s ocial harmony and stability between urban and rural areas.Sports equalization o f public services is an important part of promoting the balanced development o f sport plays an irreplaceable role.So effect sports equalization of public servic es is a variety of factors,explore the establishment of a more perfect sports pu blic service system,has an important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,sports public service for the study,analysis of China’s sports equalization of public services and to explore promote the various factors that affect the new situation of China sport public service equalization from history,reality,comprehensive analysis of the current domestic and international perspect ives,such as China’s sports public service equalization development status,throug h literature,research expert interviews,level analysis,comparative method,and thusto achieve equalization of public services sports make relevant recommendatio ns.The results show:Frist,modern sports public service system is not fully established.Traditionalsports system and sports public service system in the service means and the breadth and adaptability of the market difference is obvious.Second,the lack of the sports public services marketization development.Th e development of the sports public services in China is mainly rely on the cen tral and local government policy and financial support,lack of perfect market s ystem mechanism,the lack of diversification of market main body participation,t here is no way to satisfy and adapt to the present the diversified demand for sports products and services.Third,the sports public service information platform is studied how to affe ct the pattern of sports public service is not enough,the role of government in the sports public service information platform to create the functions of positio ning and what needs to be done without a clear cognition.Fourth,the government should have modern sports public management conc ept.From the original emphasis on administrative to emphasize service manage ment,outstanding management value,improve the performance of management,fin d out the concept of governance practices.
