As the primary place for infants living, family in rural areas plays a very important role carries out the process of the implementation of education. Family education is the main way for infants in rural areas to implement national education.Known as "the world’s living fossil of Manchu language", Sanjiazi yiillage is the research object for this paper. The village is in Youyi Daur, Manchu and Kirghiz Ethnic Township, Fuyu County, Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province. The author did a study on the development status of child care culture in local Manchu families and presented a summary of it. In the study, the author brought together theories and knowledge of related disciplines to analyze its implementation, such as modern family child care ideas, family education and developmental psychology. He then concluded existing problems in its development process. Later, he made a comprehensive analysis from the perspectives of historic situation, science and technology, politics, economy and culture and so on, and pointed out the causes. Finally, he put forward relevant countermeasures hoping to promote the sound development of Manchu child physical and psychological health, and also to promote the inheritance of Manchu traditional culture.Adopting mainly the methods of documentary study and field survey, the author observed and visited different Manchu families in Sanjiazi village, and interviewed Manchu mothers in three age categories:old, middle-aged and young. Giving that, he organized and analyzed relevant information, and summarized the problems. He then presented the final conclusion. The full text encompasses five parts:In the introduction, the author introduced research cause, research significance, definition of core concepts, theory basis, literature overview and key research methods. He also gave a detailed profile of Sanjiazi village.In chapter one, the author started with Manchu marriage concepts and parenting concept, expectation for birth and child care. Then he analyzed Manchu child care traditions, based on relevant theories and knowledge of modern child care ideas, family education and developmental psychology and soon.In chapter two, the author summarizes and describes the status of implementation of the local infant Family Education, according to the definitions of firsthand from Sanjiazi village.In chapter three, the author analyzed and summarized existing problems during the development process of Manchu family child care culture in Sanjiazi village, which includes:changes in traditional educational content; change ideas of family education body; changes in traditional teaching methods. The influencing factors include historic factors, development and progress of science and technology, the improvement of political and economic life, the exchange and dissemination of culture and migrants and so on.In chapter four, the author presented his reflections, which can help the Manchu family’s child care cultural inheritance. First, distinguish the contents of Manchu child care culture, based on Manchu cultural ecology, and absorb what is the best. Second, strengthen guidance and attach great importance to the fundamental role of family education. Third, try to open parent schools specifically in ethnic minority area. Compile suitable training materials for parent schools about Manchu cultural inheritance. Train parents and School teachers in order to help families, in ethnic minority areas, learn how to carry out family education.
