With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, many migrant workers with his family a lot of work and life into the city, while the number of children of migrant workers has increased dramatically, the education of children of migrant workers in this case a special group of more increasingly aroused widespread concern in society. Throughout the theoretical findings of this special group of children of migrant workers, which is more concentrated in terms of the survival of the status quo, compulsory education, policy support, education and family education, equity, and research for children of migrant workers home learning environment is relatively small This topic choose to study this unique perspective.In this study, Baita District, Liaoyang City Nanlin child primary school children of migrant workers as an object of study (school students in membership 810 people, including 203 children of migrant workers, accounting for more than 25% of the total), the integrated use of field observation, on-site interviews and questionnaires and other research methods, for children of migrant workers home learning environment survey and analysis of the current situation, aims for the children of migrant workers home learning environment research, understand the problems of home learning environment and analyze the impact factors on the basis of the development of practical improvement strategies to help children of migrant workers have a better learning environment, improve the quality of learning.
