The junior middle school stage is the critical period of growth, life, students at this stage began to consciously understand and evaluate their quality, control and regulate their own words and deeds, thinking starts from concrete to abstract transition, hope to get others to equal treatment and respect. Especially the process of learning in junior high school stage, students need in teacher’s guidance and training, and gradually formed in the process of studying the overall planning ability, in the specific discipline in the details of the self management ability, so they have life-long learning ability, able to adapt to fast-paced social development for new talent challenge. This research is based on the eighth curriculum reform since the founding of the background of the times, with the "basic education curriculum reform program(Trial)" proposed "let students form the active learning attitude", "learning process" as the goal, the author from the junior high school students from the investigation of the current situation of management of my learning, with students for self management learning objectives, learning contents, learning time, learning methods, learning motivation, learning emotion and learning introspection as a framework, based on the three schools of 600 students and 90 teachers of the questionnaire survey and interview of some teachers and students, in-depth study of self management problem for students to learn, to understand the current status in the stage of middle school students in learning aspect of self management. The results of the study show that, at present, in the junior high school students learning self management areas still exist in the idea, lack of teachers to cultivate the students ability of self management importance; in practice, the teachers lack of strategy and methods of training students to learn self management ability; as the learning subject for students, their learning all aspects of active plan, rational distribution and scientific management measures and method is very lack, self management of students in the learning of consciousness is weak, the lack of capacity, the effect is very not ideal problem. The author analyses the reasons behind the status from the three dimensions of teachers, students and parents is located, and the corresponding analysis and attribution comb. On the basis of this, the improvement measures are put forward feasible, including the establishment of the subject status of students in the learning process, to strengthen the students self- management ability and improve students’ learner self management initiative and the change of parents only pay attention to the concept of learning performance improvement strategies, hope to learn self management ability is relatively the weak students have a certain guiding role in cultivating the students’ ability, the teacher(or parents) has a certain reference.
